There was a lot of 'trouble' between Piccadilly & Sweet Corner last year - i'm guessing that it's still ongoing by the sounds of your post.
I know, I've been told what happened and as far as I'm aware it was the same guy in the Piccadilly shouting abuse at sweet corners customers last year. I found Ronnie[i think that's his name] very rude before all this happened. When I told him one night we weren't there to eat just drinks he huffed at me. Then when we asked if we wanted to book for Sunday dinner my friend did but I said no because I don't eat most of the stuff you get with it. He huffed at me and mumbled something about there being starving kids in the world. It was all very weird and strange.
When i used to go to Piccadilly last year - i always got asked about Sweet Corner, was it busy, did they talk to you, etc. I think I can guess who 'Ronnie' is & if it is the same person then this trouble is to do with him & someone at sweet corner, as they had a fight last August.
I wrote a review on tripadvisor yesterday and came home from work today to find a message from the owner on facebook threatening me if I didn't take it down. What a nasty bitter man, threatening a 19 yr old girl. I doubt he'd be like this if it was my parents.
