has anyone been into martini's on the beach front whats it like? iv never been in there as yet but this winter and next summer looks like il be heading down there quite a lot as one of my oldest turk friends is gunna rent it out this year and see how it gse and i did used to spend most of my holiday at the old bar he had the mezza just under the alkan hotel .. His opening this winter to so il be able to have a nosey what his dne to the place bfre the summer starts up again just wondering if its busy and many get in am excited for him coz it will be a big change from on the main road and he will have the beach to am excited!! :thumbsup:
Must be something about this place. The owners of Romance had it start of this year and called it Dreamboys then they sold it over to someone else. I spent a fair bit of time in it in May and I have to say the food was excellent. Wasn't really a bar you would go into just for a drink and as far as I saw the rest of the year it was still quite busy for food but emptied by midnight. I've been told Romance has applied for an entertainment licence and they should have it in place for next summer. If Martinis is doing that too then it might be quite good.
yeh well i was talking to my friend when i was there and i was also saying then it would be good for him to get that licence he just looked at me and told me it will be perfect and not to worry so am gessing his onto that to :') yeh he was saying there has been a few diffrent owners in just the space its been open 2 years now i think so .. i realy hope it works out for him as his had his own restront for like 3 years now and his made a canny bit of money for him and his family :'D and realy happy i just hope by getting this dsnt knock him back again .. But its exciting i dont go into romance dont like a few people in der since its been taken over lol but people say its quite good.
we ate in martinis a few times in August, it was always very busy, food was delicious and you get loads.
